The Cleveland Division of Police is searching for 16-year-old Joseph Rice, who is considered endangered, who has a history of running away. He was last seen wearing a pink jogging suit and carrying a red, white and black Jordan backpack. Police believe that Rice is autistic and does not have his prescribed medications.
