A Columbia, Missouri resident, has won $128,000 in a recent lottery ticket purchased at the AllTown Madison East rest stop on I-95. The winning ticket was purchased without authorization from the manufacturer. The winner's name will not be publicly disclosed. The state does not publish the names of the winners.
