Former CEOs sentenced for defrauding non-profit medical organization

Two former CEOs of the Primary Health Network (Phenomenomen), Drew Pierce and Jack Laeng, have been sentenced to prison time in federal court for defrauding the organization of millions of dollars over a decade. The men pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering last year. Another co-defendant will be sentenced in May.
