Durham and Darlington breast cancer care reviews unresolved

There is a backlog of cases to be reviewed into treatment at the University Hospital of North Durham and Darlington Memorial Hospital, aimed at between January 2023 and February 2025. The NHS bosses are recruiting more staff to resolve the issue. The issues have been identified as significant impact on patients and their families.
