A video of a fighter jet evading an anti-aircraft missile has been misperformed as an aerial confrontation between the U.S. and Iran in 2026. The footage can be traced to a December 2025 post by a social media account that posts simulation aircraft videos. The account did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
