Ex-JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana made an 8-figure settlement demand before he filed a sexual harassment lawsuit alleging that he was drugged and forced into repeated sexual encounters with executive director Lorna Hajdini. Despite an internal investigation finding no evidence of wrongdoing, Rana initially sought the payout in June, despite the fact that an internal bank investigation had found nothing to support his claims. His lawsuit was filed in late April under the pseudonym "John Doe". The bank denies these allegations. The case remains active and Rana's attorney, Daniel J Kaiser, insists the allegations are valid and that the bank would be embarrassed by its reporting.
