DIRTY 30: 46 violations found at 1 South Florida kitchen

The following inspection revealed a number of violations at one South Florida restaurant, which recorded 30 or more violations during a single visit. The violations include live, small flying insects, raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce, food temperatures being ignored, and basic sanitation being neglected. Handwashing was skipped, food temperature was not maintained in good repair, and there were no written procedures for employees to respond to vomiting or diarrheal events. The restaurant also had no written policies regarding vomiting or diarrhea discharge from the establishment. The public health of the public is at risk due to these violations.
