CBS is in the process of deciding which of the network's two pilots, Eternally Yours and The Tillbrooks, will receive a spot on its 2026-27 schedule. The final decision will come before the unveiling of the lineup on April 15. Both pilots have been delivered to the network and are currently undergoing testing. This decision will be made on a creative and business level, with the ultimate decision made on the corporate level. This comes as CBS will have 2 half-hour vacancies next season, with both single-camera freshman DMV and multi-camera vetetran The Neighborhood ending their runs. Despite this, CBS may have to use savings on the comedy side to make room for the drama slate expansion.
