Former Gresham gymnastics coach, Eric Stinson, is facing new charges related to allegations of sexual misconduct with minors. The new charges involve a third victim, adding to an already lengthy list of accusations against Stinson. Stinson was arrested in January and has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The defense argues that there is no evidence that he poses a current risk since his initial release and that massages were a normal part of training. The judge denied preventative detention but imposed strict conditions, including a $200,000 bond, GPS monitoring, and a ban on contact with minor. Prosecutors are working to consolidate the cases while urging any additional possible victims to come forward.
