Saturday Night Live UK (SNL UK) has announced its latest musical guest, British soul singer Jorja Smith, as host Jack Whitehall. The announcement comes ahead of a major co-headlining show at All Points East this summer (Aug. 16) with Tems. The U.K. version of SNL UK first premiered on Sky earlier this month with appearances from Wet Leg and Tina Fey. The show shares many of the components of its American counterpart, with each 75 minute episode including an opening monologue, topical sketches, live music and a British take on SNL’s satirical news segment, Weekend Update.
