Joseph Duggar, 31, is charged with molestation of a victim less than 12 years-old and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older. The girl, now 14, alleges that Duggar touched her inappropriately during a family vacation in Florida in 2000. Dillard and her family have released a statement expressing their shock and hope for justice.
