The courier, who posts under the name OnyxLeigion_, claimed they received their first ever 1-star rating after dropping off an order of McDonald's to an undisclosed customer and attributed it to their refusal to comply with the patron's demands. The customer argued that it's not their job to perform such a performance for children's amusement and they shouldn't be punished for refusing. The driver responded by saying that the customer had messaged them claiming they would've given an "extra" gratuity.
