Lisa Kudrow, star of the '90s sitcom Friends, has mixed feelings about nostalgia for the decade. Speaking to PEOPLE during the premiere of her latest project, season 3 of HBO's "The Comeback," she said that she believes the resurgence of nostalgia is due to younger people being interested in the decade, but also to the misinterpretation of history. Kudow played singer-songwriter Phoebe Buffay on Friends from 1994 to 2004, alongside Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and the late Matthew Perry. She is currently reprising her role as sitcom actress Valerie Cherish on HBO's The Comeback, which premiered in 2005 but was canceled after the first season before being revived in 2014.
