President Donald Trump has announced he will refracture his lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal after a judge dismissed it. The lawsuit was filed last summer over a story about a birthday letter with the president's name on it being sent to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. The judge stated that the president failed to adequately allege that the newspaper had acted with "actual malice" when publishing the story.
