Xbox's Next Game Pass Changes Involve New Discord Features

Xbox and Discord are partnering to make Game Pass more flexible, following a significant price reduction for the Ultimate and PC tiers. The partnership between the two companies began in 2022 to bring Discord voice chat to all Xbox consoles. According to a teaser from Xbox Gaming Lead Asha Sharma, this partnership is evolving and will be part of the "more flexible" Game Pass strategy. No specific details have been released regarding how this could enable more features to be available to Game Pass subscribers. Some fans believe that Game Pass may also add in a Discord Nitro subscription.
