Border Region Mental Health Center staff take part in horse therapy wellness session

Employees at Border Region Behavioral Health Center in Texas participated in an equine therapy session, using interaction with a horse as a tool to manage workplace stress. The event was held for approximately 20 staff members. The center says such events help staff recharge and continue serving the community.
