British electronic pop artist, FKA twigs, is suing her ex-partner, Shia LaBeouf, for violating his nondisclosure agreement to silence her. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 25, following allegations of sexual battery and assault from FKA Twigs, who previously accused him of such offences in a 2020 lawsuit. In the complaint, she argues that LaBeoule violated their NDA agreement by telling The Hollywood Reporter she did not feel "safe" and wanted to support other survivors of sexual misconduct. The complaint also criticizes the Stand Together Against Non-Disclosure Act, which protects survivors' right to speak on claims related to sexual misconduct, but also covers "sexual battery" claims.
