Eugene woman dies in crash south of Roseburg

A 40-year-old Eugene woman, Vivian Kutz, was hit and killed by a driver while crossing a road in Douglas County. The driver, a 38-year old Roseburg man, was driving west on Oregon 42 when Kutz was crossing the road without a walk signal. The accident occurred just before 11 p.m.
