Two planes collided at Newark Liberty International Airport on Tuesday morning, prompting an investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Singapore Airlines flight was moving away from its gate when its right wing hit the tail of another flight, causing confusion. The incident occurred in an area where air traffic control does not exist.
