Clare Scully and Jenniffer Gordon, executive director of Sturges Ridge of Fairfield, a Benchmark Assisted Living and Mind & Memory Care community, have each been awarded Top Company Awards from over 7,200 Benchmark associates across the organization. Scully received the 2025 Darrell Harvey Values Award for Leading with Integrity and Gordon received the Called to Care Award for Compassionate Caregiving, the company's highest honor. The awards are rooted in Benchmark's core values, which include Called To Care, Better Together, and Be the Benchmark. Both Scully and Gordon have worked together since 2021 and have helped build a culture grounded in empathy, trust and collaboration.
