Lincoln Man Charged With Lack of Permit Or License For Pistol: Police

A man, 31, from the city of Norwich, has been charged with failing to have a license or permit to carry a pistol. The arrest was made by the Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force. The man was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and will be arraigned in Third District Court.
