The March Madness Music Festival, college basketball's grand finale in downtown Indianapolis, has announced its lineup. The three-day event will feature alternative duo Twenty One Pilots, country group Zac Brown Band and pop country star Megan Moroney. The festival is free and includes supporting acts from various bands. The NCAA has also promised a surprise additional artist. Other fan events during the weekend include a Final Four Fan Fest at the Indiana Convention Center and watch parties along Georgia Street for the Tailgate Tip-Off.
