Milwaukee area home sales include $3 million River Hills mansion

Home sales and listings in the Milwaukee area have increased by 11.2% in March, according to the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors' most recent report. The six-bedroom, 9.5-bedroom home was built in 1994 and includes an indoor in-ground swimming pool, sauna room, and fitness and entertainment space. The most expensive home was sold for $3.75 million on April 9. A 100-year-old bungalow on North Larkin Street in Whitefish Bay, built in 1926, sold for an undisclosed amount of $700,000 on April 10.
