Wichita bands compete to support children in foster care

A local group is hosting its third annual Battle of the Bands event to raise funds for children in foster care. Four Wichita bands will perform 45-minute sets to raise money for Court Appointed Special Advocates of Sedgwick County. The band that raises the most money will be named the People’s Choice. The event will be held at Perth, Kansas, from 6 to 10pm.
