Missouri Highway Patrol identifies two women killed in weekend double homicide near Skidmore

The two women killed in a weekend double homicide in northwest Missouri have been identified by the Missouri Highway Patrol as Liberty Moore, 32, and Karen Babcock, 58, who were found dead inside a home near the intersection of Highway 46 and Route PP. Keevin Maupin, 20, was taken into custody at the scene and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts related to armed criminal action. He remains in custody without bond.
