The Board of Commissions has selected DOCTOR JERMAINE DAWSON as the next CEO of BALTIMORE City Schools, marking the first time in nearly a decade that the school has had a new leader in almost a decade. The new CEO shares his passion for education and tough upbringing as a result. He has previously served as a debuty superintendedent of ACADEMIC Services in the PHILADELPHIA School District. His vision is to create more positive outcomes outcomes for students in the schools and encourage more students to be better off at the end of the year than they were at the start of their academic career.
