Norwood's claims center on an April 2023 settlement that included a non-disparagement clause following statements made by Kardashian on a 2022 episode of The Kardashians. The judge ruled that if Norwood’s claims had to go to arbitration, the defamation claims from Kardashian andJen should also go.
