A man is dead and a deputy is injured in an incident involving Rexell Dallas Rice, who was attempting to collect his belongings from a home in Milledgeville, Georgia. The dispute escalated when Rice returned with three guns and began shooting at the home, causing those inside the home to barricade themselves. A Baldwin County deputy was shot in the chest by the man. The GBI is investigating the incident.
