Former Vice President Kamala Harris has stated that President Trump's war on Iran has made America weaker. She addressed the Power Rising Summit in Chicago, a gathering of Black women to create an actionable agenda. Harris said that the country's involvement in the war against Iran is a result of Trump being persuaded by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netenayhu. She also warned against complacency and urged the public to demand change ahead of the upcoming elections. Harris' comments came during the Soul Sunday Brunch at the event. She supported her candidacy in the 2024 presidential election, with around 90% of Black female voters supporting her.
