Arrest made in fatal hit-and-run in Oceanside, with help from a Tesla’s camera

A 76-year-old man was fatally hit by a pickup truck in Oceanside, California, early in the morning, according to police. The driver fled the scene and was arrested a short time later with the help of a Tesla's camera. Police identified a 2005 silver Toyota Tacoma as being the suspect's vehicle and searched the vehicle's registered owner's address. The victim has not been identified. Police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the collision.
