Jets add older players in effort to improve the culture

The New York City Jets have added older players to their football program in an effort to improve the team's culture. Veteran defensive tackle Harrison Phillips, who joined the team from the Vikings, used the term "cancerous" to describe the mood within the team after the season ended. The team has also added 37-year-old linebacker Demario Davis and 33-year old defensive tackle David Onyemata.
