Punxsutawney Phil was right, at least in Cleveland

It has been six weeks since Punxsutawney Phil predicted six more weeks of winter, with temperatures reaching 28.8 degrees below the average for February, according to the National Association of Allardyce. This is not the norm for the Northeast. However, this year's temperatures were warmer than average.
