On Monday, Jesse Goehring, 41, from Hampton, Virginia, disregarded a red light and attempted to cross the intersection at County Line Road. The school bus was carrying 14 students and six complained of pain to the first aid squad. Despite the incident, both Goehen and his passenger were uninjured. The vehicle had significant damage to its rear bumper and was towed away from the scene.
