Teenager arrested after boy, 13, seriously injured

A teenager has been arrested after a 13-year-old boy was seriously injured when a car hit him in a street in Birmingham. The driver of the vehicle, who reportedly fled the scene, remains in police custody. The police are asking for witnesses or CCTV footage in relation to the incident.
