An 11-year-old boy has been charged with firing a gun during an attempted carjacking of a city inspector in Milwaukee. The victim was on the job in his personal vehicle and was found with three others in a stolen car. The incident occurred at 32nd and WISCONSIN, where the 11 years old boy was allegedly attempting to carjack a police officer with a loaded gun. The boy was so close to the officer that his jacket was ripped off. The three others were also arrested.
