An 11-year-old boy has been charged with firing a gun during an attempted carjacking of a city inspector in Milwaukee. The victim was on the job in his personal vehicle and was found with three others in a stolen car. The incident occurred at 32nd and WISCONSIN, where the 11 years old boy was allegedly attempting to carjack a police officer with a loaded gun. The boy was so close to the officer that his jacket was ripped off. The three others were also arrested. This incident raises an ongoing issue with the use of personal vehicles by city officials, particularly in relation to crime. 12 News is reporting on the ongoing investigation into the incident.
