Police in Matsudo City have arrested a self-proclaimed company executive, Shigenobu Osanai, for allegedly assaulting a female police officer and breaking her nose. The incident occurred on the morning of July 11 after a drunken taxi ride. Osananai allegedly grabbed the officer and began beating her in the street and inflicted severe injuries, including a fractured nasal bone. The charges are vehemently denied by the police.
