New video obtained by ABC7 shows the driver accused of killing an 18-year-old Chicago teenager on a bicycle in a hit-and-run incident. The incident occurred about 1:20 a.m. on South Kedzie Avenue in Chicago Lawn, where a man driving a red 2015 Ford Explorer allegedly ignored a traffic signal and then crashed into a silver car. The Ford hit the bicyclist, killing him and injuring two other women. The driver fled the scene and walked away, leaving the injured woman in critical condition.
