Michael White, former Amazon, Disney exec, has been named as the new business president of the Florida Panthers. White, who has spent a 25-year career in the technology and guest experience worlds, will oversee "all business aspects" of the team's four facilities. The Panthers' hockey operations president, Bill Zito, suggested White could fit in with him and Zito. White is replacing Matthew Caldwell, who stepped down as Florida's business head in August to become CEO of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lyn. White most recently served as Chief Product Officer at Amazon's autonomous vehicle company, Zoox.
