Microsoft's chief diversity officer, Lindsay-Rae McIntyre, is leaving the company as part of an "AI-powered transformation" to capitalize on growing demand for artificial intelligence. McIntyre will be leaving at the end of March to become a chief people officer at another organization. This follows several executives leaving Microsoft in recent months, including gaming leader Phil Spencer and productivity software head Rajesh Jha. The company has been investing heavily in data center infrastructure and building top-level AI models.
