Supreme Court Sides With Christain Counselor Who Challenged Law That Requires Affirming Kids' Gender Confusion

The Supreme Court has sided with a Christian mental health counselor who challenged Colorado's ban on "conversion therapy". The court ruled 8-1 that the law regulates speech based on viewpoint and does not infringe on the Constitution. The case is currently being reviewed by the Department of Justice.
