The Philippines' President, Richard "Bongbong" Marcos, has been battling rumours of ill-health with impromptu star jumps in response to them. He challenged critics to exercise with him if they doubted his fitness. The president was diagnosed with diverticulitis in January and underwent a strict soup-based diet, which led to significant weight loss.
