Naked gunman high on meth sentenced for firing shot outside Portland Trail Blazers game

Robert D. Hatley, an armed and naked man, has been sentenced to 180 days in jail for reckless endangerment and being a felon with a gun as part of a deal with Multnomah County prosecutors. He was seen pointing a gun at his head and under his chin before he fired a shot outside a Portland Trail Blazers game. No one was injured and Hatley later told officers he had used methamphetamine four times that day. A 29-year-old man was sentenced to over 12 years in prison for murdering his twin brother at a Portland motel in 2022. A former physician associate working at an Oregon Health & Science University clinic has been given five years probation for sexual abuse of patients.
