Fargo police arrest man after stolen vehicle chase

A man is in custody after fleeing from police in a stolen vehicle in a parking lot in the 3100 block of 25th Street South, North Carolina. The vehicle was found abandoned at a nearby apartment complex and police were able to make contact with the suspect, 24-year-old Samuel Fenton. No injuries were reported.
