Impaired driver ends up in snow bank: Avon Police Blotter

The Avon Police Blothenhenhen, Ohio, police have reported that a driver found to be intoxicated and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol was cited for operating a motor vehicle impaired. The driver was also arrested for driving under suspension and fictitious plates. Police also picked up a man with an outstanding warrant for questioning.
