Germany fines Barclays with 1.65 mln eur for late voting rights disclosures

German regulator, BaFin, has fined British bank Barclays 1.65 million euros ($1.9 million) for failing to disclose changes to voting rights in an unnamed company between June 2022 and March 2023. The company, which was not specified, declined to name the company.
