The weather service highlighted near-record and high temperatures forecast for the week, including 73 degrees on Monday and 83 degrees on Tuesday, which would break the March 24 heat record of 76 degrees set in 1896. The earliest recorded 90-degrees in previous years was on April 30, 1992.
