Fully occupied Voorhees industrial building sells for more than $4M

Doors & Spaces Industrial has purchased a 32,850-square-foot multi-tenant industrial-flex building in Voorhees for $4.125 million. The building, which was 100% occupied at the time of the acquisition, was constructed in 1987 and currently houses eight tenants. The sale is part of the company's growing portfolio of small-bay industrial properties.
