Cara West, a 34-year-old American mother living in Greece, has revealed that the country has restored her faith in humanity after giving birth to her daughter in 2022. She and her Texas-based family discovered a program called Boundless Life in Portugal, which offered housing, schooling for the kids, working options for the parents, and the opportunity to travel with other families. West credits the ease of community support and support from the local people for their support. She also credits the coffee culture in Greece as a significant change, which she says has helped her adjust to a more modern lifestyle.
