Cory Cubano, a 31-year-old professional baseball player from Hialeah, is leading a new wave of professional baseball blending sports with entertainment. He now plays for the Cosmic League and mentors young athletes at teams like the Hurricanes Baseball Club. Known for his flair and personality, Cubano's performance is gaining popularity beyond South Florida. The Cosmic League will be touring Florida, with stops near Miami with the Tri-City Chili Peppers.
