Creighton defeated Seton Hall 9-1 in a weekend series at Charles Schwab Field. The Bluejays and the Pirates started on Friday with a solo homer from Nate McHugh and Isaac Wachsmann extending Creighton's lead with an RBI double. Despite overnight rain, the two teams met again on Saturday. Despite the rain, Creighton won the series 5-0. The teams will be back in action on Sunday at 10 a.m.
